Having grown up across multiple countries, Killian lived real estate before he ever studied it. His family has been in the industry for decades — working with powerhouses like Engel & Völkers — and from an early age, he watched deals close, markets shift, and the human side of property transactions unfold.

That front-row seat gave him something most tech founders lack: an instinct for how real estate actually works. He knows why an agent loses a buyer at 11 PM on a Friday. He knows the difference between a warm lead and a tire-kicker. And he knows that speed isn't a nice-to-have — it's the entire game.

Now studying Business at one of Europe's top schools, Killian brings four languages, a global network, and the conviction that the industry he grew up in deserves better tools.

Originally from Mexico, Edgar is the kind of engineer who doesn't just build systems — he obsesses over them. Fluent in English and Spanish, with working knowledge of additional languages, he's spent years mastering the art of AI automation: designing intelligent workflows, training conversational agents, and connecting the dots between large language models and real business outcomes.

Before Solaia, Edgar built automation pipelines and AI solutions for major clients — including government agencies in the United States and Latin America — eliminating hours of manual work and turning chaotic processes into seamless, AI-driven machines. His track record spans enterprise-level projects across the Americas, consistently delivering results for high-stakes organizations.

When Killian told him about the lead-response crisis in real estate, Edgar saw the perfect problem: high-volume, time-sensitive, multilingual — exactly the kind of challenge AI was born to solve.
